Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery for digital and print media
- Develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and interactive experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual strategies with business goals
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our brand design system across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in graphic design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design work
- Experience with motion graphics and Figma is highly desirable
- Exceptional typography and layout skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
