Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for digital campaigns, print materials, and brand collateral
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual language across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user interfaces with intuitive visual hierarchies
- Lead design sprints and present concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Maintain and evolve our design system components for scalability
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to innovate our approach
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition principles
- Experience with brand development and creating cohesive design systems
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
