Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact design concepts across digital and print media.
- Lead visual identity projects from initial brainstorm to final production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive creative feedback.
- Prepare high-quality assets for web, social media, and large-format print campaigns.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement innovative techniques to elevate studio work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or Figma is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and feedback-oriented environment.
