Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final delivery for high-profile client campaigns.
- Develop visual assets across diverse platforms including web, social media, print, and branding systems.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and articulate the strategic rationale behind choices.
- Maintain and evolve company and client brand guidelines to ensure design excellence.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive feedback on project execution.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design software to ensure cutting-edge deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional agency experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
