Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact graphic designs for digital campaigns, product packaging, and brand collateral
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visually engaging user interfaces and experience flows
- Lead design sprints and present concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively
- Maintain and evolve our brand visual identity system across all touchpoints
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews to elevate team capabilities
- Manage design assets and ensure consistency across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Proven ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual narratives
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Exceptional typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
