Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects including branding, digital campaigns, print collateral, and UI/UX mockups
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Contribute to studio-wide design initiatives and mentor junior designers
- Stay current with emerging design technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (5+ years professional experience)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, digital, and print design
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles
