Responsibilities
- Develop high-fidelity visual concepts for multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to refine brand identities and visual systems.
- Create motion graphics and interactive elements for social media platforms.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive critiques on design projects.
- Manage design timelines from concept phase through to final production.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools for UI/UX concepts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography and color theory.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects is highly preferred.
