Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for multi-channel digital and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from conceptualization through to final delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in creative brainstorm sessions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, internal and external.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and industry technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in an agency or fast-paced design environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design (Figma) is a significant plus.
- Ability to articulate design rationale and present work to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
