In this role, you will lead complex design projects from concept to execution, working closely with our strategy and marketing teams to produce high-conversion collateral for digital and print media.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts, logos, and brand identities for diverse clientele.
- Translate complex creative briefs into stunning, high-fidelity visual assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, developers, and project managers.
- Manage end-to-end design workflows while adhering to strict project timelines.
- Mentor junior design staff and conduct design reviews to ensure consistent brand quality.
- Optimize assets for multi-channel distribution including web, mobile, and social media.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, software, and creative technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house design environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A robust portfolio showcasing sophisticated typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment.
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
