Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency or high-growth creative environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
