Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact graphic designs for brand campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and translate client briefs into visual solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
- Manage design projects from concept through final delivery with strict adherence to deadlines
- Conduct design critiques and mentor junior designers

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven ability to deliver projects for both digital and print media
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing a plus
