Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop innovative visual solutions for digital campaigns, product packaging, and brand identities

- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design system implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design experiences
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
