Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution, including branding, digital campaigns, and print collateral
- Develop visual systems and brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Create compelling assets for web, social media, mobile apps, and experiential marketing
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design library while establishing new best practices
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema4D/Blender preferred)
- Ability to translate complex brand narratives into visually cohesive stories
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
