Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for diverse client campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing leads to produce integrated visual narratives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital, social media, and print channels.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design workflows.
- Manage end-to-end production of assets, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize digital assets for web performance.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to keep our creative output innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, typography, and layout design.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of production processes for both digital and physical media.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
