Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and copywriters to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Design intuitive UI components and assets for digital and mobile-first experiences.
- Mentor junior design staff and perform constructive peer design critiques.
- Prepare production-ready assets for both digital platforms and high-end print media.
- Manage design projects from initial concept phase through final execution.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design agency or in-house studio environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and typography.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and print production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
