Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual assets across digital, social, and print platforms.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand style guides for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business objectives into intuitive design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during creative reviews.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, new tools, and innovative design methodologies.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial brief through to final production.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or high-growth design environment.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
