Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns, print media, and brand collateral
- Lead design workshops to ideate creative solutions with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless visual integration
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience in agency or fast-paced startup environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
