Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final deliverables, ensuring brand consistency
- Create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and print collateral
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop design systems and brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize visual communication strategies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects/ Premiere)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across branding, digital, and print projects
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
