Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital and print media
- Develop cohesive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create compelling marketing assets for web, social, and experiential campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Ability to translate brand strategies into impactful visual narratives
- Proven track record of working with enterprise-level clients
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
