Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for high-profile clients
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create compelling digital assets: social media campaigns, web interfaces, and email marketing materials
- Produce print collateral: brochures, packaging, and environmental graphics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies (AR/VR applications)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills and client-facing experience
