Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for brand campaigns, digital assets, and print materials
- Develop innovative visual systems that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into impactful design solutions
- Manage design projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and quality excellence
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform design strategies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale and persuasive storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design experience highly preferred
