Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Create compelling visual assets including brand guidelines, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and UI/UX components
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into visually stunning solutions
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to maintain high creative standards
- Stay current with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging solutions
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
