As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life through digital and print media.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts and brand identities for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Design high-converting digital assets including landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure design alignment with campaign goals.
- Mentor junior design staff and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's output.
- Oversee the production of premium print collateral, including brochures, packaging, and large-format graphics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual language across all platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
- Experience with motion graphics and UX/UI design is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
