Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects for brand identities, digital campaigns, and packaging
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate strategies into visual solutions
- Create and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design work
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema 4D preferred)
