Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery across digital and print mediums
- Develop brand identity systems, logos, and visual guidelines for new product launches
- Create engaging marketing collateral including social media campaigns, infographics, and presentation decks
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure visual consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Maintain and evolve brand assets in our digital asset management system
- Present design solutions to clients with clear rationale and strategic alignment
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in agency or corporate design environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design projects
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design best practices
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
