Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Lead end-to-end design projects from initial brainstorming to final production.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback with precision and agility.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence within the studio.
- Maintain high standards for quality, ensuring all deliverables are pixel-perfect and error-free.
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement new technologies to enhance studio workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
