Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts for digital and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and developers, to ensure brand consistency.
- Lead art direction for high-impact brand identities and visual systems.
- Manage the end-to-end design lifecycle, from sketching and storyboarding to final production.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design output.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to keep our work ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and UX/UI design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
