Responsibilities
- Develop innovative visual concepts for digital campaigns, print media, and brand collateral
- Lead end-to-end design projects from ideation to final delivery
- Create compelling motion graphics and UI/UX elements for web/mobile platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and basic UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of print production and digital asset management
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
