Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery for tech and consumer brands
- Create cohesive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Design compelling digital assets: web interfaces, social campaigns, email marketing, and motion graphics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into high-impact visuals
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems across 50+ client touchpoints
- Present design rationale to C-level stakeholders and lead client workshops
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with tech/consumer brands
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, and UI/UX projects
- Deep understanding of design systems and scalable visual frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into intuitive visuals
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) and basic HTML/CSS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
