Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end design solutions for digital campaigns, print media, and brand identities
- Collaborate with UX teams to create pixel-perfect interfaces and interactive prototypes
- Manage design systems and ensure brand consistency across 20+ client portfolios
- Present concepts to C-level stakeholders using data-driven storytelling frameworks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for visual assets, optimizing conversion rates by 15%+
- Mentor junior designers through weekly portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Research emerging design trends and implement innovative visual solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent certification from AIGE
- Proven track record designing for both digital and print mediums
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ brand identity systems with measurable results
- Certification in UX/UI design fundamentals preferred
