Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital and print media
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Create compelling visual assets including illustrations, infographics, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to innovate solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Experience in agile design environments and version control systems
