Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity visual assets for both digital and print mediums, including social media campaigns, marketing collateral, and brand identity systems.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with the company's brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and developers to ensure visual and functional cohesion across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Utilize Figma and prototyping tools to create interactive mockups and user interface concepts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging software, and design techniques to keep our creative output cutting-edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and digital design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
