Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Optimize visual assets for omnichannel campaigns (web, social, print)
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system consistency
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure seamless user experiences
- Present design concepts to C-suite stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 8+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing brand work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong typography and color theory knowledge
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem-solving through design
