Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for web, mobile, and print media
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities including logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- Create compelling digital assets for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website interfaces
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Maintain and expand our digital asset library using DAM systems
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design styles and brand development work
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other collaborative design tools
- Understanding of responsive design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience with motion graphics or 3D design is a plus
