Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand visual systems across digital and print platforms
- Lead creative direction for product launches, marketing campaigns, and experiential activations
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless brand integration in digital products
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, maintaining strict brand guidelines
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and client partners
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies (AR/VR, motion graphics)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience designing for both digital (web, mobile, social) and print media
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender) preferred
