Responsibilities

- Lead creative workshops to translate business objectives into visual strategies
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints using design systems
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize user-centered design flows
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign execution
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Ability to translate complex data into visually engaging infographics
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timeline constraints
