Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization and execution of brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences
- Create original visual assets including illustrations, typography, and layouts for web/print
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure design consistency across digital platforms
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for diverse client portfolios
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with design trends and software innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing brand work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with responsive web design and Figma/Sketch
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
