Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print media
- Develop brand guidelines, logos, and marketing collateral that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Maintain and expand our design asset library with organized, scalable files
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven ability to translate complex brand requirements into compelling visual narratives
- Experience working with agile development teams and design systems
- Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
