Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final deliverables for web, mobile, and print
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems for diverse clients
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Portfolio showcasing brand identity campaigns and digital experiences
