Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for brand identities, digital campaigns, and print collateral
- Lead creative concept development from ideation through final execution for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of design systems
- Manage design projects from brief to delivery, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster team growth
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear articulation of strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience leading design projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
