Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand design systems and style guides.
- Collaborate directly with Creative Directors and Copywriters to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
- Mentor and provide constructive design feedback to junior team members.
- Manage end-to-end design workflows from wireframing to final production assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital, social media, and print materials.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with confidence and strategic rationale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or high-growth brand environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for web and digital design projects.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio).
