Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand identity systems, logos, and visual guidelines
- Create high-impact digital assets: social media campaigns, web graphics, and email templates
- Design print collateral: brochures, packaging, and environmental graphics
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams on interface design and user journey mapping
- Manage design projects from concept through final delivery ensuring brand consistency
- Stay current with design trends and mentor junior designers
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign execution
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Knowledge of responsive design and web production workflows
