Responsibilities
Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media assets, and print collateral.Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard design software.Collaborate with the copywriting and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging strategies.Review and edit designs for technical accuracy, color fidelity, and layout perfection.Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate our creative process.Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers within the creative team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print media.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
