Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for high-profile clients
- Develop cohesive brand identities, including logos, typography, and visual systems
- Create compelling digital assets for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless design integration
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system documentation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand strategy
- Experience with motion graphics and Figma is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
