- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and technical roadmap discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Proven track record with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Deep understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Recoil and CSS-in-JS solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes for modern deployment workflows.
