Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in code and infrastructure, implementing solutions to ensure high-speed load times and optimal user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure all code meets strict security and accessibility standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
