Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
