Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to ensure reliable release cycles.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and implement proactive solutions to prevent future outages.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Strong understanding of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful API design.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a strong drive for continuous learning.
