Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end architectures using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to maintain high code quality.
- Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (Jest, Cypress).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
