Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to iterate on high-quality user experiences.
- Optimize front-end performance to ensure sub-second load times and seamless responsiveness.
- Design and manage complex database schemas and scalable API architectures (REST/GraphQL).
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and increase release velocity.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full technology stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3).
- Strong knowledge of modern build tools, Webpack, and state management libraries.
- Ability to thrive in an Agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
